Lonnie Bergeron

Lonnie Bergeron has an extensive background in land development working on both commercial and residential projects such as The Bergeron Park of Commerce and Industry and many of South Florida’s residential housing developments. Lonnie is a Certified General Contractor and Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor, as well as a Licensed Qualifier for Bergeron Land Development. Lonnie has worked on highway projects such as the Sawgrass Expressway and I-595. He also has experience in the telecommunications industry, construction aggregates mining, and municipal solid waste disposal and recycling.

Lonnie Bergeron heads many of the fifty-four companies operating under the umbrella of The Bergeron Family of Companies. The Bergeron Family of Companies also believes in philanthropy and has contributed to over 4,000 charitable causes throughout their 50 years in business. Additionally, Lonnie donates his time to Everglades Restoration projects, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the YMCA Y-Princesses and Y-Guides programs and is a devoted family man and husband.

As vice president for Glades Asset & Property Management, Inc., he is skilled at real estate development, construction management, entitlements, asset management, leasing, marketing, and property management. Additionally, as asset manager for the Bergeron Family, he is responsible for various real estate investments from the Florida Keys to Michigan – including the Bergeron Park of Commerce & Industry, a 300 acre industrial/commercial park in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
